Weekend Rates:

Friday-Saturday, holidays

$150.00 per night

Weekday Rates:

Sunday-Thursday

$105.00 per night

Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.

Each additional guest 18 and older: $10.00

Each additional guest 7-17: $5.00

EXTENDED STAY SPECIALS; (March through November)

1. 3 consecutive weekday nights $300. Any days between Sun -Thurs night.

2. 4 consecutive weekday nights $395 ie: Sun/Wed night or Mon/

Thurs night.

3. 5 consecutive weekday nights $480 ie: Sun/Thurs night.

4. Weekly $720. Sun through Sat night.

Winter rates: $90 weekdays, $130 weekends, Fri/Sat nights.

EXTENDED STAY SPECIALS; (December through February)

1. 3 consecutive weekday nights $255. Any days between Sun - Thurs
night.

2. 4 consecutive weekday nights $335 ie: Sun/Wed night or Mon/

Thurs night.

3. 5 consecutive weekday nights $410 ie: Sun/Thurs night.

4. Weekly $625 Sun through Sat night.***

***There is also a 3% tax added to all rates.

Must be 21 years of age to rent cabin.
Each guest must be at least 7 years of age unless prior written
approval from Eagle's Nest Cabins are made-please call for more details.
One night available during the week at weekend rate. (Sun -Thurs)
Two night minimum is required on weekend. (Friday and Saturday)
Three night minimum stay on holidays.
Holidays are weekend rates.
Smoking permitted outside-pails are provided.
We reserve the right to refuse reservation.

Check in time is 4 p.m.-8 p.m.

Check out time is 12:00 noon.

Linens and towels are provided along with kitchenware and utensils.
A starter supply of dishwashing soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper
towels and campfire wood will be provided. Additional campfire wood
and supplies can be purchased nearby. Upon arrival, please report
any damages, shortage of supplies or housekeeping issues immediately.
Guests are expected to wash dishes, place trash in proper garbage
receptacles and make sure the cabin is secure before departing.
Upon checkout if there are any damages or extra cleaning requirements,
additional charges may be applied.

More than 14 days prior to arrival-Refund less $30.00 processing fee.
Less than 14 days, but more than 3 days prior to arrival-50% refund.
Less than 3 days prior to arrival-no refund.
No refunds for early departure.
No cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather.

Well mannered and housebroken pets are permitted with prior approval and payment of pet fee. There is a pet fee of $30.00 per stay, per pet. The maximum number of pets is 2. Pets are not to be left alone in the cabin unless crated.

Full payment is required at time of reservation. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
